Pamela joined the RC Taylor Group in the spring of 2006, after spending 25 years in the financial services industry. She has worked for preeminent global firms, where she excelled in the areas of leadership and management development. Pamela has extensive expertise in business management, leadership development, and executive coaching. Pamela holds an undergraduate degree in music education, and earned her MBA in management from St. Joseph’s University. Pamela is certified in the Sherpa Executive Coaching process through the Executive Programs division of Penn State’s Smeal College of Business.
Ms Canning is the 2009 Recipient of the Sherpa Executive Coaching Trailblazer Award. Pamela studied with Brenda Corbett, the author of “The Sherpa Guide: Process-Driven Executive Coaching.” The Sherpa process is the most widely-recognized program in the executive coaching profession. Marshall Goldsmith, the world’s leading executive coach, has endorsed this process.

STUART BROOKS
Stuart is the Principal of the RC Taylor Group. With 20 years in top management roles in specialty retail, Stuart works with leaders to identify and commit to the purpose in their organizations, and then to build confident, engaged, purpose-driven teams. Recruiting, teaching, and motivating successful teams has taught him that leaders are the “keepers of the culture,” requiring that they be minute-to-minute role models to their associates ---- a much easier feat when always in touch with one’s own purpose in the work. He holds a degree in English from the University of Vermont, and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University.
